Finger Lakes winters bring real lake-effect snow. Our snow and ice management service keeps driveways clear, walkways safe, and commercial lots open through every storm — without you having to call to check.
We monitor the forecast 48 hours ahead, pre-treat priority commercial sites when conditions warrant, and dispatch crews based on accumulation thresholds we agree on with you at signup.

Threshold agreement
We agree on the accumulation amount that triggers a visit so dispatch is automatic.

Storm response
Crews plow, salt as requested, and clear walkways on our committed schedule.

Post-storm pass
We return after the storm wraps to clean stacked drift, plow piles, and walkways.
Frequently Asked Questions
What accumulation triggers a visit?
Most residential customers set 2" as the trigger. Commercial customers often choose 1" with pre-treatment. We'll recommend a threshold based on your site and tolerance.
Do you salt residential driveways?
Yes, salt is available as an add-on. Many residential customers choose plowing only with salt only on walkways and steps.
Are you available 24/7 during storms?
Yes. Snow doesn't keep business hours, and neither do we during active events.
