Estimates & Quotes

All estimates, quotes, and pricing information provided online or via our estimate calculator are approximate and subject to an on-site review. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote before work begins.

Services

Services are performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We may reschedule visits due to weather, access issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for marking sprinkler heads, invisible fencing, and other concealed property features before service.

Payment

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by New York law. Returned payments may incur a processing fee.

Cancellation

Recurring services may be cancelled with reasonable advance notice as outlined in your service agreement. One-time projects that have been scheduled may be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redford Property Maintenance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
